Bu-ba-lú is a process of navigation inside a generic made-to-order 3D generated body. The video collects parts of a screen video, together with iphone-to-screen videos. They evolve together with the testimonies of a man’s experience of being swallowed by a whale and then spitted out, surviving this tragic but irrational incident. Together, they form a narrative into pure carnal voyeurism. This trip-to-interiority questions the difficulty to relate to it, from exteriority. Its title Bubalú, is the name of a very common chewing gum in Latin America, a rounded shape fleshy pink bomb that explodes in your mouth the taste of strawberry syrup.
